Today's Weather

After a short stretch of sunshine, we are back to the gloomy Vancouver weather. However, there was also lightning and thunder in the afternoon, which seems to be the third occurrence of it this month. I wonder what the cause of these sudden storms is because storms are not suppose to be a common occurrence in our area.
